Please note: Factory Refurbished products are unused or have had very little use, except for checking and quality verification by Epson's own service department to ensure they perform properly. EcoTank models the ink tanks have been refilled to full but there are no additional ink bottles shipped with the products. In these cases the Refurbished product yields will differ from advertised yields for new units.
From time to time some units are returned to Epson for the following reasons :-
- Slight cosmetic damage to the unit.
- The unit was refused delivery.
- The unit is no longer a current model.
- Or the unit was "Dead on Arrival" and subsequently has been repaired and fully tested back to Epson's specifications
Due to the significant price reductions offered on Quality Refurbished Products, stock volumes move quickly and Quality Refurbished Products are only offered on a "while stocks last" basis. The standard Epson product warranty for Quality Refurbished Products is typically three (3) months from invoice date.

Additional low-cost ink can be bought in a convenient high-volume bottle that has a drip-free nozzle and resealable cap for easy storage and refilling. We have redesigned our ink bottles to incorporate a unique key system to ensure more precise refilling to avoid spillage. The ink bottles also incorporates a pressure mechanism so the bottle automatically stops exerting ink once the ink tank is full. Replacement bottles hold enough ink for a massive 7,500 pages in black / 6,000 pages in colour1.
