Official Government Purchase Orders
We accept official purchase orders from Australian Government departments, such as local state and federal government departments, health departments, police, fire and ambulance services, education, hospitals, defence, college, university, schools and businesses.
Please note: The following ordering method should be complied with so as not to hold up or delay orders.
An allowance of a 30 day account is automatically approved. An extended payment time of 30 days can be approved upon authorisation.
An official purchase order is required, and this must include the order number and needs to include account details – name – phone – email.
Delivery information being:
- Site contact name,
- Mobile and email
- Delivery address
- Suburb, State, Postcode
- Delivery instructions or special conditions is required to be noted at time of purchase order (For example: forklift required, any steps at location point, is safe to be dropped off or positioned and installed etc).
Other details may include ground level access, steps or stairs, elevators, loading bay, crane truck or tail gate lift, or out of hours delivery.
